Eesha is one of the Telugu horror films released in 2025. It was heavily promoted before its release and generated strong anticipation. However, the hype was not reflected in the content, resulting in a mediocre performance at the box office.
Now, about two months later, the horror film is available for streaming on OTT. Amazon Prime Video is streaming the title, but the twist is that it is currently available only outside India (such as UK), and that too on a rental basis. Indian audiences will have to wait a little longer to gain access. Why the makers chose to release it there first remains unclear.
Eesha stars Adith Arun, Hebah Patel, Akhil Raj, Siri Hanmanth, and Prithveeraj in pivotal roles. The film was directed by Srinivas Manne and produced by KL Damodhar Prasad. RR Dhruvan composed the music. Vamsi Nandipati and Bunny Vas distributed the film across the Telugu states. It remains to be seen how the movie will be received by OTT audiences.
