Iconic actor Mike Farrell, best known for his role in ‘M*A*S*H’, is back on the small screen after a seven-year break, bringing his talents to a guest appearance on ‘9-1-1’. He also prepares for a poignant role in the upcoming film ‘The Strawberry’, where he portrays a man striving to mend fractured family ties upon receiving a terminal diagnosis.

Mike Farrell returns with ‘9-1-1’ guest role for the first time in 7 years

Mike Farrell recently starred as a guest character in season 9, episode 10 of ‘9-1-1.’ He played the role of Bill Schneider, an elderly man who waits at the airport to pick up his girlfriend and meet her. The decision, however, does not sit well with his son (played by Jason Gray-Stanford). He thinks that his father’s attempts are futile and that he is being catfished by a random person online. His last appearance in a web series was in 2019, when he played the role of Judge Miles Deakin briefly for ‘NCIS’ season 16.

As old wounds heal and new bonds form, he learns to cherish the sweetness in front of him and say goodbye on his own terms.”He will be starring in the film along with Doug Jones, Suanne Spoke, Angelina Barbieri, Cathy Brody, Josh Garrett, Chris Landgreen, and Ivette Li-Sanchez, along with many others.
