‘Bridgerton Season 4’ storyline

This season is based on Julia Quinn’s third novel, An Offer from a Gentleman, and places the spotlight on Benedict Bridgerton, portrayed by Luke Thompson. His story begins at a masquerade ball hosted by his mother, Lady Violet Bridgerton, where he encounters a mysterious Lady in Silver. When the night ends, Benedict is left with only a satin glove and a burning curiosity. Unknown to him, the woman he’s searching for is Sophie, a hardworking maid played by newcomer Yerin Ha. As Benedict chases the mystery, the rest of the Bridgerton family is also swept up in their own romantic pursuits. In an interview with Tudum, Luke Thompson says, “The storyline is a bit of a twist on Cinderella. You remember being told those stories as a child, the magic and the romance of them… It’s really exciting to have that weaved into the world that we know of Bridgerton … It’s such a great story, but it’s also, I hope, really relatable.”Yerin Ha added, “What drew me to Sophie was that she immediately has obstacles, something that she constantly has to overcome. Whether it’s this battle around social status or trying to hide her feelings from Benedict.” ‘Bridgerton Season 4’ will debut in two parts. Part 1 will premiere on January 29, 2026, and Part 2 will premiere on Feburary 26.
