Having Drishyam fame Jeethu Joseph as showrunner, Jio Hotstar has announced a psychological thriller series titled Secret Stories: Roslin.
The series is helmed by Sumesh Nandakumar and features yesteryear actors Meena and Vineeth in pivotal roles. The six-episode Malayalam web series is now streaming and is available in seven Indian languages, including Telugu.
The story follows Roslin, a young woman whose life becomes increasingly unsettling as she experiences recurring nightmares about a mysterious stranger with striking green eyes. When this enigmatic figure unexpectedly appears in real life and enters her home as a seemingly charming houseguest, events take a dangerous turn. As tension mounts, Roslin is forced to confront buried truths and uncover dark secrets before it is too late.
Sanjana Dipu, known for her performance in Moothon, plays the titular role. The series also features supporting performances from Hakkim Shahjahan, Anishma Anilkumar, T. G. Ravi, Shankar Ramakrishnan, and Aroop Sivadas, who add depth and intensity to the narrative.
Produced by Mathew George under the Central Advertising banner, Secret Stories: Roslin promises an engaging psychological thriller experience. It remains to be seen how effectively the series will captivate audiences with its suspense-driven storytelling and layered characters.
